The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all current and future legal relationships between Taxi Kurz in Memmingen and the customer.
A contract is concluded either in writing, by email, or by telephone. The booking becomes effective only upon receipt of the booking confirmation. A contract is also concluded when the requested service has actually been provided by Taxi Kurz.
Taxi Kurz undertakes to provide the customer with a roadworthy and technically flawless vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the Road Traffic Act (StVG). All offers from Taxi Kurz are exclusively for journeys with drivers from Taxi Kurz. The deployed drivers possess a valid passenger transport license according to the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG). Taxi Kurz reserves the right to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the contract to another company.
The customer must handle the vehicle with care and comply with all relevant regulations for use. The customer must strictly follow the driver's instructions. In the event of the customer's non-contractual handling of the vehicle, the contract can be terminated with immediate effect without the need for a separate notice. Additionally, there is a claim for compensation for damages resulting from improper use of the provided vehicle.
Taxi Kurz assumes no liability for missed departure times. Taxi Kurz is not responsible for any consequential or additional costs that may arise. In case of missed departure times, the full fare will be charged or not refunded. Also, no liability is assumed for weather-related delays, breakdowns, traffic jams, and unforeseen events.
Payments are usually made before the start of the journey to the driver. Other agreements require written form. Trips on invoice must be settled immediately upon receipt of the invoice without any discount.
If the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or another EU member state, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the business location of Taxi Kurz.
